We provide an outsourced chartering department for trading companies that don’t have an in-house chartering team or specialist. We deliver a high-level, end-to-end service for liquid, dry bulk, project and general cargo shipments, including time charter and operations management.

We help you charter a vessel for a specific voyage and pay only for the actual period of use plus related voyage expenses. This is a more complex chartering solution, but with our support it can deliver substantial savings. We work on a full “turnkey” basis: we design the optimal parcel and shipment plan for different cargo types (including varying stowage factors) with full consideration of route restrictions, and we provide fast preliminary freight indications for any trade worldwide—both for your own cargo and for benchmarking competitive markets.

We source suitable tonnage within port, canal, and route constraints; plan and coordinate the voyage; calculate required quantities and grades of bunkers; and account for ECA requirements as well as port and canal dues. We handle vessel take-over and on-board bunker surveys, provide day-to-day operational control with operators, masters, agents, and ports, and manage vessel redelivery.

We continuously look for ways to optimize the final transportation cost using our industry experience and modern software tools. We guarantee a fully tailored approach and strict confidentiality for all data and sensitive information.

We also manage full financial distribution and control timely payments to all parties involved in the shipment. After completion, we provide a voyage financial report, reconcile accounts and balances, and close the file.
